VANCOUVER - Aug 10/10 - STAT -- Canadian 10mm Kabuli Chickpeas markets finished the 2009-10 marketing year with prices falling 9% below the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $45.00 per cwt in March, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $43.20 per cwt in August.
During the latest three year period, the highest monthly average trading level was $50.13 per cwt in November, compared to the lowest monthly average of $47.33 per cwt in July.
