7mm Kabuli Chickpea Grower Price Review in Canada
VANCOUVER - Aug 9/10 - STAT -- Canadian 7mm Kabuli Chickpea markets finished the 2009-10 marketing year with prices offered to growers easing 3% below the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for 7mm Kabuli Chickpea was CDN$486.70 per metric ton (MT), compared to an average annual bid of $501.12 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $507.10 per MT in October, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $440.90 per MT in July.
