10mm Kabuli Chickpea Grower Price Review in Canada
VANCOUVER - Aug 9/10 - STAT -- Canadian 10mm Kabuli Chickpea markets finished the 2009-10 marketing year with prices offered to growers falling 10% below the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for 10mm Kabuli Chickpea was CDN$705.05 per metric ton (MT), compared to an average annual bid of $781.69 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $727.50 per MT in October, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $628.32 per MT in May.
