Romania's Oil-type Sunflower Exports Continue Weak Tendency
PANAMA - Nov 15/22 - SNS -- Shipments of oil-type sunflowers for Romania were well down, plunging relative to the previous month in September, available data from Eurostat reports.
Total shipments throughout the month amounted to 16,079 metric tons (MT), down 52% from the previous month's total of 33,418. So far exports have reached 629,136 MT, down from 700,251 during the last calendar year.
For the month, Turkey was the top consumer, taking 16,077 MT. Australia was the second most important importer taking 2 MT, followed by at 0 MT.
