Confection Sunflower Exports From Bulgaria Extend Weak Trend
PANAMA - Nov 15/21 - SNS -- At this point in the current calendar year added to a easier trend, with confection sunflower shipments from Bulgaria fell relative to the previous month in September, according to the most recent statistics from Eurostat.
Exports for the month totalled 12,679 metric tons (MT), down from 27,170 MT the prior month. This boosted movement so far during the calendar year to 246,710, down 27% last year.
The number one buyer during the month was United States, buying 4,732 MT. China was the second most important consumer receiving 3,863 MT, followed by Norway at 1,308 MT.
