Bulgaria's Confection Sunflower Exports Record Slow Performance
PANAMA - Nov 16/20 - SNS -- Bulgaria's movement of confection sunflowers during September posted significant declines, slumping versus the previous month, judging from data from Eurostat.
Movement totalled 11,719 metric tons (MT) for the month, down 55% from the 26,041 MT exported the previous month. Exports so far total 296,546 MT, versus 292,053 during the previous calendar year.
Current trade data revealed United States was number one importer, taking 4,366 MT for the month. China was the second most important destination receiving 2,649 MT, followed by Norway at 1,414 MT.
