Kazakhstan's Sunflower Seed Exports Maintain Soft Tone
PANAMA - Sep 9/20 - SNS -- Kazakhstan's export shipments of sunflower seeds in June fell compared to the previous month, according to data from The Agency of Statistics of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Export sales reached 144 metric tons (MT) for the month, down 29% from the 202 MT shipped the previous month. Export sales so far total 78,945 MT, versus 254,302 in the same period the previous calendar year.
The largest importer for the month was Russia, taking 144 MT. was the second most important destination taking 0 MT, followed by at 0 MT.
