Oil-type Sunflower Imports From Spain Maintain Easy Tendency

PANAMA - Feb 22/19 - SNS -- Spain's imports of oil-type sunflowers in December posted massive declines, sinking versus the previous month, according to data from Eurostat.

Imports totalled 1,800 metric tons (MT) in the month, down 63% from the 4,867 MT shipped the previous month. Imports so far total 97,454 MT, versus 325,445 during the previous calendar year.

The most important shipper during the month was Serbia, shipping 1,800 MT. Israel was the second most important supplier selling 0 MT, followed by at 0 MT.
