Yellow Mustard Grower Price Review in Canada
VANCOUVER - Aug 1/16 - STAT -- Canadian Yellow Mustard markets finished the 2015-16 marketing year with prices offered to growers soaring 21% above the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for Yellow Mustard was CDN$49.65 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual bid of $41.01 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $59.00 per cwt in February, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $40.00 per cwt in July.
