Marrowfat Pea Grower Price Review in Canada
VANCOUVER - Aug 1/15 - STAT -- Canadian Marrowfat Pea markets finished the 2014-15 marketing year with prices offered to growers advancing 6% above the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for Marrowfat Pea was CDN$409.48 per metric ton (MT), compared to an average annual bid of $386.13 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $440.92 per MT in November, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $374.78 per MT in August.
