France's Oil-type Sunflower Imports Maintain Firm Performance
PANAMA1 - Jan 15/19 - SNS -- Imports of oil-type sunflowers for France made modest gains, rising versus the previous month in November, available data from reports.
Imports for the month totalled 26,107 metric tons (MT), up from 21,864 MT the previous month. This increased imports so far during the calendar year to 138,299, up 29% last year.
The latest movement data reported Romania was top exporter, selling 19,562 MT. Bulgaria was the second most important supplier shipping 5,946 MT, followed by Spain at 496 MT.
