VANCOUVER - Aug 2/14 - STAT -- Canadian Yellow Mustard markets finished the 2013-14 marketing year with prices offered to growers inching % below the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for Yellow Mustard was CDN$37.89 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual bid of $37.97 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $39.95 per cwt in August, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $35.75 per cwt in February.
