Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 114,500 MT
WINNIPEG - Jun 15/12 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 114,500 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2011-12 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 900 from 113,600 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 6,800 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 1,471,200 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,471,200 MT peas down 812,100 from 2,283,300 MT last year.
