Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 70,200 MT
WINNIPEG - Jun 1/12 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 70,200 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2011-12 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are down 64,800 from 135,000 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 26,000 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 1,464,200 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,464,200 MT peas down 735,900 from 2,200,100 MT last year.
