Few Changes in Field Peas
VANCOUVER - Mar 31/12 - SNS -- International field pea markets finished the week little changed in relatively trading conditions.
Tight stocks among all major export origins is keeping prices at levels which tend to discourage demand in an effort to ration available supplies until new crop merchandise is available.
With the exception of European Union producers, this is expected to result in a general increase in field pea area.
