United States Oil Sunflower Grower Price Review
VANCOUVER - Sep 1/11 - STAT -- United States Oil Sunflower markets finished the 2010-11 marketing year with prices offered to growers rocketing 46% above the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for Oil Sunflower was USD$27.63 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual bid of $18.87 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $36.30 per cwt in June, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $16.60 per cwt in September.
