United States Millet Grower Price Review
VANCOUVER - Sep 1/11 - STAT -- United States Millet markets finished the 2010-11 marketing year with prices offered to growers rocketing 37% above the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for Millet was USD$10.31 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual bid of $7.52 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $12.25 per cwt in July, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $6.75 per cwt in September.
