Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 268,400 MT
WINNIPEG - Dec 17/10 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 268,400 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2010-10 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 73,400 from 195,000 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 21,800 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 1,006,400 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,006,400 MT peas up 361,800 from 644,600 MT last year.
