Field Peas Maintain Strength
PANAMA - Nov 8/15 - SNS -- Field pea markets maintained their strong one through the past week despite slowing export movement.
Bids to Canadian farmers for whole yellow peas are sitting in decile nine territory, which means they have been higher less than 10% of the time since 1988.
By contrast, prices offered to growers for whole green peas are at decile eight, which means they have been higher 20% the time since commercial production of that class started in Canada.
