Field Pea Psyche Pushed and Pulled

VANCOUVER - Jul 11/15 - SNS -- The world's field pea markets finished the week little changed against seasonally light trading interest.

Markets were pulled in opposite directions by crop progress reports from India and Canada. Seeding of this year's kharif season crops is up sharply over the previous three years on good monsoon rainfall the past couple of weeks.

By contrast, markets remain worried about Canada's yield potential because of weather stress caused by frost events are seeding and drought in some areas.
