United States Pinto Bean Grower Price Review
VANCOUVER - Sep 9/14 - STAT -- United States Pinto Bean markets finished the 2013-14 marketing year with prices offered to growers falling 13% below the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for Pinto Bean was USD$33.19 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual bid of $38.06 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $41.20 per cwt in September, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $29.00 per cwt in August.
