Australia's Broadbean Exports Open On Strong Tone
PANAMA - May 2/24 - SNS -- So far during this marketing year with their a stronger tone, with broadbean shipments from Australia leapt relative to the previous month in March, according to official trade data from Australia Bureau of Statistics.
Movement reached 63,485 metric tons (MT) in the month, up 171% from the 23,439 MT exported the previous month. Movement so far total 267,502 MT, compared to 218,995 in the same period the last marketing year.
The biggest buyer during the month was Egypt, receiving 37,939 MT. Saudi Arabia was the second most important consumer receiving 4,708 MT, followed by Morocco at 3,591 MT.
