Good Demand Supports Beans
VANCOUVER - Nov 2/13 - SNS -- Dry edible bean markets maintained their firm tone through the past week, with exporters in the United States reporting good demand for new crop product.
This is most evident in white beans. That market has struggled with the impact of Argentina's crop failure and a disappointing Chinese crop.
As expected, this has pushed demand down the size scale to great northern beans and other medium caliber white beans.
