Firm Undertone in Dry Beans

VANCOUVER - Mar 1/13 - SNS -- International dry edible bean markets finished the week with a firmer undertone against concern about seeding progress in Argentina and improving demand.

The situation in North American was reflected in the spot price index for U.S. beans, which was unchanged on the week to finish at 1318.

By contrast, the grower prices index for U.S. origin beans inched down one point on the week to close at 1233.
