Brazil Demand Supports Beans

VANCOUVER - Jan 25/13 - SNS -- Dry edible bean markets finished the week unchanged to firmer against improved demand from Brazil and tightening stocks among most origin shippers.

This was reflected in the spot price index for U.S. beans, which gained five points on the week to finish at 1335.

By contrast, the grower prices index for U.S. origin beans dropped 15 points on the week to close at 1270.
