Beans In Narrow Trading Range

VANCOUVER - Dec 7/12 - SNS -- Dry edible bean markets appear to be moving in a relatively narrow trading range, with product available from growers and processors in line with the current term needs of exporters and end users.

This was reflected in the spot price index for U.S. beans, which slipped two points on the week to finish at 1311.

By contrast, the grower bid index was up eight points on the week, finishing at 1239.
