India Keeps Peas on Edge
VANCOUVER - Jul 13/13 - SNS -- Field pea markets finished the week's trading on a mixed note as thinking in markets moved from an old to new crop trading basis.
Limited supplies of old crop product and proximity of new crop product in France has made it easier for traders to focus on pending crops.
Markets were not helped by continued efforts by some government entities in India to convince the Cabinet to reimpose import duties on pulses.
