Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 126,900 MT
WINNIPEG - Jun 14/13 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 126,900 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2012-13 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 12,400 from 114,500 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 32,800 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 1,801,200 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,801,200 MT peas up 330,000 from 1,471,200 MT last year.
