Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 274,600 MT
WINNIPEG - Apr 19/13 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 274,600 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2012-13 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 79,300 from 195,300 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 25,000 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 1,381,700 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,381,700 MT peas up 131,800 from 1,249,900 MT last year.
