Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 296,200 MT
WINNIPEG - Mar 15/13 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 296,200 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2012-13 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 140,600 from 155,600 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 89,600 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 1,175,900 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,175,900 MT peas down 9,100 from 1,185,000 MT last year.
