N.A. New Crop Adjustment Continues

VANCOUVER - Oct 20/12 - SNS -- Dry edible beans registered a mixed performance on the week, with North American markets continuing to move more in line with world markets.

This was reflected in a modest easing in the value of North American beans, while other origins were steady to firmer.

The week saw a two point decline in the spot price index for U.S. beans to 1306 points, while the grower bid index dropped 16 points to finish at 1210.
