Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 392,400 MT
WINNIPEG - Aug 31/12 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 392,400 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2012-12 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 37,400 from 355,000 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 53,600 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 74,000 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 74,000 MT peas down 11,400 from 85,400 MT last year.
