Yellow Peas Dealer Price Review in Canada
VANCOUVER - Aug 1/12 - STAT -- Canadian Yellow Peas markets finished the 2011-12 marketing year with prices soaring 22% above the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $413.75 per MT in September, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $362.50 per MT in July.
During the latest three year period, the highest monthly average trading level was $338.33 per MT in July, compared to the lowest monthly average of $295.83 per MT in September.
