Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 164,800 MT
WINNIPEG - Feb 10/12 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 164,800 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2011-12 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are down 151,600 from 316,400 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 500 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 1,070,100 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 1,070,100 MT peas down 274,100 from 1,344,200 MT last year.
