Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 217,400 MT
WINNIPEG - Nov 25/11 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 217,400 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2011-11 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are down 8,500 from 225,900 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 31,200 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 801,600 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 801,600 MT peas down 106,000 from 907,600 MT last year.
