Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 234,200 MT
WINNIPEG - Nov 18/11 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 234,200 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2011-11 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 72,700 from 161,500 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 37,100 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 770,400 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 770,400 MT peas down 137,100 from 907,500 MT last year.
