Yellow Peas Dealer Price Review in Canada
VANCOUVER - Aug 2/11 - STAT -- Canadian Yellow Peas markets finished the 2010-11 marketing year with prices soaring 18% above the recent three year average annual price on inter-dealer markets in that country.
Analysis of the monthly price pattern reveals the highest monthly average was $403.75 per MT in July, while the lowest monthly average trading level was $245.00 per MT in September.
During the latest three year period, the highest monthly average trading level was $304.17 per MT in July, compared to the lowest monthly average of $262.08 per MT in September.
