Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 170,600 MT
WINNIPEG - Jul 15/11 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 170,600 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2010-11 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 1,800 from 168,800 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 28,300 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 2,366,700 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 2,366,700 MT peas up 855,300 from 1,511,400 MT last year.
