Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 153,500 MT
WINNIPEG - Jul 7/11 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 153,500 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2010-11 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 14,500 from 139,000 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 54,900 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 2,338,400 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 2,338,400 MT peas up 849,200 from 1,489,200 MT last year.
