Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 135,000 MT
WINNIPEG - Jun 3/11 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 135,000 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2010-11 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are down 19,700 from 154,700 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 49,000 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 2,200,100 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 2,200,100 MT peas up 907,600 from 1,292,500 MT last year.
