Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 340,500 MT
WINNIPEG - Oct 22/10 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 340,500 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2010-10 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are up 20,500 from 320,000 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 21,200 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 625,600 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 625,600 MT peas up 278,500 from 347,100 MT last year.
