Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 344,300 MT
WINNIPEG - Oct 15/10 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 344,300 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2010-10 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are down 12,400 from 356,700 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 49,400 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 604,400 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 604,400 MT peas up 302,100 from 302,300 MT last year.
