Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 373,200 MT
WINNIPEG - Oct 1/10 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 373,200 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2010-10 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are down 20,400 from 393,600 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 47,000 MT during the week under review, for a season to date total of 452,400 MT. Export shipments so far this season total 452,400 MT peas up 237,100 from 215,300 MT last year.
