United States Pinto Bean Grower Price Review
VANCOUVER - Sep 6/10 - STAT -- United States Pinto Bean markets finished the 2009-10 marketing year with prices offered to growers falling 4% below the recent three year average annual price offered to growers in that country.
The average price paid for Pinto Bean was USD$26.13 per 100 pounds (cwt), compared to an average annual bid of $27.27 during the latest three year period for farmers dressed merchandise delivered processing plants.
Analysis of the monthly bid pattern reveals growers the highest monthly average bid was $32.00 per cwt in November, while the lowest monthly average bid level was $21.75 per cwt in August.
