Canada's Visible Pea Stocks Total 140,200 MT
WINNIPEG - Aug 16/10 - STAT -- Visible supplies of field peas in Canada's licensed elevator system totalled 140,200 metric tons (MT) during the latest week under review by the Canadian Grain Commission for the 2010-10 marketing year.
Data compiled by the Canadian Grain Commission revealed visible stocks are down 8,500 from 148,700 MT by this time of the season during the last marketing year.
Exports totalled 96,600 MT during the week under review, . Export shipments so far this season total 96,600 MT peas up 63,900 from 32,700 MT last year.
