U.S. Dry Beans Show Strength
PANAMA - Feb 9/24 - SNS -- North American dry edible bean markets showed modest strength during the past week, while markets outsde the region were somewhat mixed.
This was reflected in the U.S. dry edible bean price index which advanced 1.4 points on the week to close at 111.6.
By contrast, the global pulse price index inched 0.7 points higher during the week to finish at 115.9 and the Canadian index gained 0.4 points to finish at 109.3.
