Australia's Broadbean Exports Post Weak Performance

PANAMA - Jul 7/22 - SNS -- At this point in the marketing year posted a easier month, with broadbean movement for Australia shrank relative to the previous month in May, according to official statistics from Australia Bureau of Statistics.

Total export sales throughout the month amounted to 12,479 metric tons (MT), down 80% from the previous month's total of 63,466. So far movement has reached 423,517 MT, up from 408,861 during the previous marketing year.

Saudi Arabia was the number one destination for the month, buying 2,809 MT. Egypt was the second most important destination taking 1,933 MT, followed by United Arab Emirates at 1,668 MT.
