Pakistan's Field Pea Imports Record Easy Performance
PANAMA - May 4/22 - SNS -- Pakistan's imports of field peas during December fell versus the previous month, according to data from Pakistan Bureau of Statistics.
Total imports during the month amounted to 28,468 metric tons (MT), down 31% from the previous month's total of 41,374. So far imports have amounted to 769,766 MT, up from 598,373 in the same period the previous calendar year.
For the month, Russia was the largest supplier, shipping 13,699 MT. Australia was the second most important shipper supplying 8,784 MT, followed by Ukraine at 2,141 MT.
