Australia's Broadbean Exports Post Slow Month

PANAMA - Nov 5/21 - SNS -- Australia's exports of broadbeans in September were well down, plunging versus the previous month, according to data from Australia Bureau of Statistics.

Total movement for the month amounted to 22,879 metric tons (MT), down 26% from the previous month's total of 30,992. So far exports have reached 550,057 MT, up from 317,189 in the same period the last marketing year.

During the month, Egypt was the most important buyer, buying 13,199 MT. Saudi Arabia was the second most important buyer receiving 4,109 MT, followed by United Arab Emirates at 2,147 MT.
