China's Field Pea Imports Sustain Solid Tone
PANAMA - Aug 3/21 - SNS -- Imports of field peas for China showed modest gains, advancing relative to the previous month in April, the latest data from General Customs Administration of China
NOTE: Data for Jan and Feb 2020 is not available reports.
Imports reached 269,538 metric tons (MT) during the month, up 10% from the 245,366 MT exported the previous month. Imports so far total 978,833 MT, versus 399,515 in the same period the previous calendar year.
The latest movement statistics reported Canada was number one origin, selling 253,162 MT. United States was the second most important origin shipping 9,495 MT, followed by France at 3,511 MT.
